Brief introduction
Low-pressure casting machine is a general-purpose equipment for low-pressure casting of aluminum alloys. It can be widely used in the production of aluminum alloy castings in automobiles, motorcycles, instruments, textile machinery and aerospace industries. The low-pressure casting machine consists of a main machine, a hydraulic system, a molten pool or crucible holding furnace, a liquid surface pressurizing device, an electrical control system and a mold cooling system.
Low Pressure Sand Casting equipment consists of two major parts: a holding furnace and a liquid level pressurization control system. The holding furnace cover also serves as a working platform, and the finished sand mold is directly fixed on the holding furnace cover for pressure pouring.
The operation process is as follows: the operator lifting the sand mold that has been made and closed on the working platform of the holding furnace, and after docking and sealing it with the liquid lifting pipe mouth, starts pressurized pouring, realizing the fully automatic pouring of the casting pressurization process such as liquid lifting, mold filling, pressurization, pressure holding, and pressure relief, and then hoists the sand box off the working platform to open the box and take out the parts.
